Confidentiality :
Your submitted ideas, abstracts, and drawings are treated as confidential. We make every effort to keep your information safe, but uploading content does not automatically grant legal protection.
No Legal Guarantee :
Our feedback and evaluations are advisory and based on the information you provide. Using IP Buddy does not guarantee the approval of your patent, trademark, or design.
Payments & Services :
Some services on IP Buddy are free, while others are paid. All payments made through the platform are final and non-refundable unless mentioned otherwise in writing.
Intellectual Property Rights :
You always retain ownership of your ideas and innovations. By using our services, you allow us to review and support your IP journey for evaluation and advisory purposes.
Limitation of Liability :
IP Buddy is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including delays, errors in submission, or third-party misuse of content. We act as a guide and support platform, not as a legal authority.
